Almost Indian cities have newer township areas coming up which have better road and civic infrastructure.However what we need is large scale employers to move in to the abundant supply of modern offices. Once that happens the housing developments will see larger occupancy, resulting in sustained demand.
Indian cities needs global scale events. It needs international music artistes performing. It needs international conventions happening in the gigantic new convention centers coming up. It needs great institutions nurturing talent for the future.
